A traditional vegetable delight. An ideal light meal that goes well with French fries or a salad.
- Preheat oil on a high flame (180°C). If you don’t have a temperature gauge, sprinkle some bread crumbs in the hot oil. If crumbs start bubbling and frying immediately, the oil is sufficiently hot to start frying the product
- Once the oil is heated, immerse the frozen breaded product in the hot oil and then immediately reduce the heat to medium.
- Fry for 3-5 minutes till the bread crumbs are golden brown.
- Remove and drain excess oil.
- Serve hot.
