Defrosting Instructions –
Remove required quantity from the pack. Defrost by placing the squid rings in the refrigerator compartment until soft. For quick defrosting hold pack under running water. Do not use microwave or hot water to thaw.
These squid rings are fully cleaned and ready to cook. Great care has been taken to clean and cut each squid ring. To retain natural taste and texture do not overcook. Cooking time is 3 minutes maximum. Product will become tough and rubbery if overcooked.
