A croissant is a delicious French pastry that is light, flaky, delicately sweet. It is offered as a part of the continental breakfast , but a freshly baked croissant also tastes perfect with a cup of coffee or tea any time of the day.
Defrost for 10-20 minutes. Pre-heat ove to 165-170 degree celcius. Bake at 165-170° C for 15-17 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes and serve.
