DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping Address

Your shipping address and pin code will be verified with the database. You proceed to pay for your purchase. In the event of your order, if it is not serviceable by our logistics service providers or if the area is not covered, we will request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address.  

When you submit an alternative address for delivery, Customers are responsible for accepting and collecting the package from the alternate address. Confirmation from the logistics service provider of successful delivery to the alternative shipping address is deemed as acceptance of delivery by the customer.. Buffet Fusion foods will have no liability in this regard.

Delivery by Buffet Fusion Foods

The delivery of the ordered products from the seller to the customer will be made by the Buffet Fusion Foods team, Deliveries cannot be rescheduled after the order has been placed.

The logistics service provider assigned by Buffet Fusion Foods, will send the order within the same day if ordered before 6 Pm. In case the customer is not reachable or available or do not accept delivery of the products in these attempts Buffet Fusion Foods reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion. The customer may be informed of such cancellation by email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to Buffet Fusion Foods. The customer cannot hold Buffet Fusion Foods liable for any cancellation.

If the customer requests to resend the product, The customer can do so by placing a new order for the product on the terms set out on the [‘product order page’] when the customer places the new order. The order will be accepted subject to availability of the product.

In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or serviceability for the area not covered by the logistics service providers, Buffet Fusion Foods will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by the customer shall pass on to the customer upon delivery of the products at the shipping address provided by the customer.

Multiple Product Orders

In case the customer orders multiple products in one transaction, Buffet Fusion Food  would Endeavour to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics or logistics issues or the location of seller, then the customer may receive the products separately and at different times. If the customer purchases multiple products in a single transaction, then all the products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by the customer. If the customer wishes to ship the products to different addresses, then the customer should book the orders separately based on the shipping addresses.

Missing Items

In the event, if the product package received by the customer is missing or the order is partly delivered, You should inform Buffet Fusion Foods, through the Customer Care Team within 5 days of delivery date of the package.

Missing products claims will not be accepted after 5 days from delivery date.

When a package delivered is missing one  or more products, you are requested to return the original package delivered to the seller in accordance with the Return Policy.

In the event of dispute, Buffet Fusion Foods will coordinate with the customer and the seller to reach an amicable solution. Buffet Fusion Foods is only a facilitating link between the customer and the seller and will not be liable in any manner.

Refusal of Delivery

Before accepting delivery of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the customer observes that the package is damaged or tampered, the customer is requested  to refuse to accept delivery and inform Buffet Fusion Foods within 5 days of delivery date.

The customer is requested to fill the delivery sheet / acknowledgement used by the logistics service providers and note down the condition of the delivered package. Damaged or tampered products claims will not be accepted beyond the returns policy

In the event of dispute, Buffet Fusion Foods will coordinate with you to reach an amicable solution. Buffet Fusion Foods  is only a facilitating link between the customer and the seller and will not be liable in any manner.

Delivery Time

Once the order is received, our team member will call and confirm the time of delivery. On placing the order, The customer will receive an SMS at the mobile number provided to Buffet Fusion Foods containing a summary of the order. 

Shipping time 0 -1Day .

Delivery timeframes are just estimates and are not guaranteed delivery timeframes and should not be relied upon as such. Deliveries to certain locations may take longer than expected due to accessibility of the location and serviceability by the logistics service provider.

About Delayed Delivery

Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to various factors, as given below.

  • Bad weather.
  • Transportation delays.
  • Natural calamities.
  • Political disruptions.
  • Logistics service provider related challenges.
  • Product lost in transit.
  • Regional  or national holidays which are considered as delivery holidays.

Other unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the control of Buffet Fusion Foods or logistics service provider. If the Mentioned delivery date has passed and you still have not received your order, please contact us and we will take steps to track the package. In such cases, Buffet Fusion Foods will provide the contact details to the customer. Please check the  emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Shipping Charges

The Customer may be required to pay Shipping Charges in addition to the order value amount. The shipping charges, if any, will appear at the time of checkout. All delivery charges are inclusive of service tax unless stated otherwise. Shipping Charges may vary for different pin code because of the increase in shipping cost or seller’s is located in a different area. Delivery charges will vary according to pin codes as well as type of product.Please refer to the Return and Refund Policies, if You wish to return the delivered products.
